About The Role:

Your key responsibilities will focus on three key areas:
Venture Building (60%)
As dedicated venture builders, we are very involved in support our portfolio ventures, providing them with sales, marketing and financing-related support as necessary. A big part of the job includes working with a range of customers and clients who our ventures face, from multinational corporates to small and medium sized enterprises.
Angel Investment (20%)
We continue to look out for investment opportunities to grow our portfolio so you will receive the necessary training to eventually be expected to:
Support the investment team in the execution of transactions by both identifying and summarising key financial terms of transactions and facilitating their closing.
Coordinate, jointly with the investment team, the gathering of financial and operational information from the portfolio companies and build internal reports accordingly in order to track performance across diverse metrics. • Research and identify further investment opportunities that fits the fund mandate and participate in connecting with those projects.
Internal Operations (20%)
Adhoc and administrative aspects related to the internal operations of the fund, including third-party stakeholder and vendor management.
Facilitate audit process through coordination with independent auditor and investment team.
Desired Skills and Experience
Strong curiosity and relentless drive to learn is the most important attribute
Exception verbal and/or written communication skills and capacity to listen is a must
Proficiency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin is a must. Fluency in another language would be a plus
