Job Summary

• Sitting in our Global Account Management Team, you will be responsible for supporting one of the global corporate clients on omni-channel digital marketing solutions including but not limited to digital strategies development, global digital marketing campaign execution and follow-up optimization on spending and performance based on insights and trends. You will have a good exposure in formulating and executing China and travel retail solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage clients’ account and monitor business performance

• Handle client enquiries via face to face meeting, phone and email

• Collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve clients’ business goals via digital campaigns

• Manage local/ global digital marketing campaign for corporate clients

• Prepare and present digital strategies to clients

• Compile reports and coordinate with internal & external parties for digital project implementation

• Handle any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related discipline

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination / account management / customer service, preferably in marketing agency

• China market experience is preferred

• Relevant experience of handling Travel Retail account will be an advantage

• Proven successful client account servicing track record is preferred but not essential

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong at planning and multi-tasking

• Able to work independently to meet multiple deadlines

• Willing to learn and pay attention to details

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
