Responsibilities:

1. Provide hands-on support on the evaluation of potential and existing real estate projects.

2. Construct and review financial models for feasibility studies

Requirement:

1. University degree in Accounting or related disciplines.

2. Qualified CPA.

Manufacturing & Production

Responsibilities​

• Manage smooth cashflow to meet daily cash requirement of the company and monthly inter-company settlement

• Analyse cost of funding and monitor the loan portfolio between short-term loan and long-term loan; carry out daily loan planning and administration (drawdown/ rollover/repayment)

• Keep abreast of financial market and global economic development

• Assist on evaluating funding options on projects or capital investment

• Act as administrator for the e-banking system; manage the Treasury Management System for reporting and analysis

• Maintain the automation process of monthly corporate FX rates and support other automation projects​

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines

• 1-year experience in corporate treasury, finance or accounting preferred

• A good team player and able to work independently

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

About The Role:

• Data junkie constantly looking for the truth: You use data to analyze key trends, observe and explore correlations, prepare reporting materials that will help C-suite level executives make strategic decision-making.

• Outspoken and helps drive business decisions: You make your case to leadership with supporting data and analysis.

• Team player who can work with everyone: You are happy to work closely with city teams and cross functional teams to enhance business / financial modeling, product / competitive landscape benchmarking etc.

• Developing relationships with institutional investors (VCs) and family offices: You should feel comfortable maintaining relationships and managing not just the fundraising process but also long term relationships with investors.

• Managing existing investors: Handle daily investor relationship management tasks, including but not limited to maintaining contacts, updates, and answering inquiries from existing and prospective investors with the help from the finance team.

• Financial forecasting: You are responsible for forecasting revenue and expenses for fundraising purposes. You have intimate knowledge of the data available and actively mine it from our SQL Metabase.

• Financial planning & reporting: You work closely with our Financial Manager to analyze and report on the financial impact of decisions across city teams to manage their budgets and ensure they have resource allocations to invest properly behind key initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year of financial modeling and / or institutional fundraising experience (e.g. investment banking, PE/VC, strategic consulting, accounting).

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science or other relevant fields.

• Excellent spreadsheet modeling skills and understanding of financial reports. Knowledge in SQL or Python for BI and data analysis is a strong plus.

• Top-notch problem solving and hustle skills, ability to adapt to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

• Extremely strong communication (verbal, written, graphic) skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain business relationships.

• Ability to communicate eloquently and effectively with C-suite executives.

• Fluency in Chinese and English, written and spoken. - Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making mentality
