Design

The position is to oversee the visual display direction of pop-up store and all retail outlets of the brand in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual display strategies and planning for pop-up store and all retail outlets of the brand in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam

• Leverage resources and control budget for visual display expenses

• Manage and direct product display in different stores

• Implement seasonal themes for both windows and in-store display

• Provide visual display training for retail staff

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Design or Fine Arts (Painting, Sculpture etc.)

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in visual display preferably in branded apparel industry

• Experience in retail business in China is essential

• Has good computer knowledge of 3D and graphic process

• Fluent in English and Putonghua

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Good people/ interpersonal skills

• Proactive, open-minded and self-motivated

• Able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

• May need to have extensive business travel within China once Covid-19 pandemic over

Manufacturing & Production

This position will assist in handling the design and development for packaging and fashion accessories.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product design and development for packaging and fashion accessories.

• Provide design support in quarterly line review collections and seasonal collections for key customers

• Communicate closely with technical and production team to handle sample follow-up from artwork to production

• Design and develop product display, visual merchandising for showrooms and visual communication materials

• Conduct trend research and design presentation

• Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Product / Graphic / Fashion / 3D Design or related disciplines

• 1-2 years’ related design experience, knowledge in textile and apparel will be an advantage

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Demonstrated experience with 3D design software is highly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Open-minded, proactive and willing to learn

• Flexible to travel to China frequently

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Design & Merchandising Executive

Internet / E-commerce

Responsibilities:

• Prepare UX/UI design and materials including wire framing, mockup and rapid prototyping for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices and apps for e-commerce site

• Analyze current user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities

• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and propose solutions to optimize customer experience

• Communicate concepts and work collaboratively with project team / Tech team in order to develop the most efficient design schemas

• Produce quality output in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in transactional / E-commerce site design and app design, type and layout design

• Solid knowledge and understanding in US direct-to-consumer E-commerce market

• Strong conceptual thinker when solving user, design and layout challenges

• Strong organization skills and detail-oriented

• Proficient in: Sketch App, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InVision App, and Keynote

• Understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress preferred

• A solid understanding of design thinking and design sprint process

• Deep understanding of current technology trends and how they influence user experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Must adapt to fast changing design challenges, deadlines, and project requirements

• Comfortable working with a lean design team in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong typographic background with a sense of images, as much print as screen oriented: someone who can design a poster, a typeface and art direct photoshoot and short videos / films.

A great sense of organization, an acute visual knowledge and a taste for experimentation.

Education:

• Minimum of 4 years of art/ design school training
