最快幾耐可以安排人選？How quickly can candidates be arranged?

最快可於 30 分鐘內開始配對；實際安排時間視乎職務、地點、時段及人才供應。Matching can begin in as little as 30 minutes. Actual timing depends on the role, location, shift and talent availability.

有冇最低人數或服務期？Is there a minimum headcount or service period?

兼職安排最低 1 人，每次服務最少 5 小時；個別項目可按實際需要再確認。Part-time arrangements start from one person with a minimum five-hour engagement. Project-specific terms are confirmed separately.

可唔可以處理臨時加人？Can you handle urgent additional staffing?

可以協助處理臨時加人要求，但會受時間、地點及人才供應影響，因此不保證每次均能成功安排。We can assist with urgent additional staffing, but availability depends on timing, location and talent supply, so placement cannot be guaranteed.

人員缺席時有咩跟進安排？What happens if a team member is absent?

一般會優先嘗試安排工作地點附近 3 公里範圍內嘅合適人手即時補位；實際結果仍視乎當時供應。We generally prioritise suitable available staff within approximately three kilometres of the work location for urgent replacement, subject to availability.
